These terms describe the rules for using Site by SMS website update and messaging services.

Service Overview

Site by SMS LLC helps approved business users request website content updates by text message, client portal, or other authorized workflows. Updates may be reviewed, logged, delayed, rejected, or require confirmation depending on account settings and risk controls.

Authorized Use

You are responsible for keeping account access, phone numbers, login credentials, and website update permissions accurate. You may not use Site by SMS to send unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or unauthorized content.

SMS Program

By enrolling a mobile number and giving separate SMS consent, you agree to receive transactional text messages from Site by SMS related to phone verification, website-management requests, update confirmations, preview or approval requests, errors, account notices, and support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

SMS Opt Out And Help

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, or HALT to cancel SMS messages. Reply HELP, INFO, or SUPPORT for help, or contact support@sitebysms.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Phone Number Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining control of any mobile number enrolled with Site by SMS and for promptly updating or removing a number if ownership, employment, or authorization changes.

Website Content

Clients are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of content submitted for publication. Site by SMS may refuse or remove content that appears unsafe, unauthorized, illegal, or outside supported service capabilities.

Availability

Site by SMS is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. We may update, suspend, or limit features as needed for security, maintenance, abuse prevention, or service reliability.
